Welcome back for part two of “Upcoming WiiWare Theatre.” When we last met, we marveled at the awe inspiring shmuping of Star Solider R. Now, we present, with limited commercial interruption, the Japanese commercial for WiiWare’s Dr. Mario update.

Featuring Mii integration, a competitive online mode, and what appears to be a cooperative multiplayer mode, WiiWare Dr. Mario is certainly a welcome addition to the series. The game launches with WiiWare on March 25th.
